As I was in the shower last night I got to thinking about how funny it is that I go from being an all pocket girl to an AIO freak and then over to a hybrid fitted groupie.
At first I thought this was a bad thing but it has allowed me to fully use a system and provide you with detailed feedback. I haven’t missed pocket diapers until I began writing this post. (and seeing Camden’s cuteness!)
In my Amazon recommended products widget I see the Charlie Banana Tutti Fruiti pack pop by every time I visit my site. It’s calling my name. But, I must resist buying!
Pocket diapers are so versatile. They give you freedom to add as much absorbency as you can fit for night or day use. Make it a one-size and you get many months or years out of it.
You know I like the diapers but what about the detergent?
I used the detergent exclusively for a couple of months. If I had to rate it on a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 9 when comparing it to other natural detergents and a 7 compared to all detergents.
Why a 9?
It took much longer of exclusive use before I encountered stink issues. I have used several natural brands over the years and been very candid about my results.
Why a 7?
The clean results I get with Natural Elements Purex is just so good.

I like the hot pink, but I don’t think my son would appreciate that (although his sisters would LOVE it!). For him, I like the black and the red!

We love Charlie Bananas! The one size pockets are our #1 diaper. The pink ones looks especially cute on my baby girl’s booty, but I’d love to try any of the prints.

The Blue Robot print is very cute. I don’t have any CB products and would love to try them. I am always on the hunt for a good detergent. Currently using Rockin Green and it only works for me when I soak every time. Would love to try a new detergent and new diaper..not using pockets with my little guy (but had loved using other pockets with my older kids).
