I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for more natural, chemical-free, baby safe household cleaners? And I was wondering what you use your cleaner for.
I have been using vinegar and water as a general household cleaner and it works great, even on glass. I fill a spray bottle up about 1/2 to 1/3 full of vinegar and then fill the rest with water. You can also do a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water and use both spray mixtures for extra disinfecting power. I also use baking soda with this combo in my tubs, sink, stove top, or anywhere you need extra scrubbing power...it works great!
I use dr. bronners liquid soap (the lavender one). It works great and is a safe cleaner. And it last forever, I bought a bottle a year ago and have hardly used a quarter of the bottle.
I read on pintrest the other day about mixing just a dab of the soap and baking soda to clean the shower, sink and anything shiny :). I tried it and it works great.
