what type of sewing machine for making cloth diapers

Is a 6v 1.5 amps on a small portable sewing machine going to work to make cloth diapers, inserts and breast pads

Does anyone know if the Michley Lil' Sew & Sew Mini 2-Speed Sewing Machine LSS-202 will work for cloth diapers? It has 8 stitch settings but doesn't spesify if there is a serger stitch
