Found this recipe for non-chlorine bleach

Is there anything in this recipe that wouldn't be safe for diapers? Obviously it depends on what the diapers are made of so I'm wondering what it would be safe for and what it wouldn't be safe for. http://pinterest.com/pin/137008013635461694/Judi

I've heard that 1cup borax, 1cup washing soda and 2cups fels napa is safe for cloth diapers. Then use 2tbls in a large load with second rinse. I just made some (only took an hr) and am trying it now. But my baby won't be using the diapers until Jan was she's born so I won't know if it will effect my diapers until then
