Help, my mom used zinc oxide diaper rash cream with my smartipants!

I use a combination of pocket cds and Seventh Gen. disposables. I just got two gently used Smartipants and I love them! The other day my mom was watching my daughter and I forgot to switch out the avenoe diaper rash cream I use with disposables for the Grandma El's that I use with cloth. There are smears of cream all over the diaper liner that did not come out in the wash :(( Does anyone know of a way to get it out?!

I think you need to use original Dawn to get out non-CD safe diaper creams. You need to scrub it into the diapers before washing them. Here's some instructions, scroll down a little to the section on diaper rash creams: http://www.pinstripesandpolkadots.com/detergentbasics.htm#Stripping Diapers
