AI2 with a wiggling toddler?

Some friend of mine sells AI2/Hybrids diapers. It is some sort of tuckable cover and a stay dry insert. I love them for being affordable and easy to wash/dry. But, arrggg trying to put that to my DS is difficult. He almost need to be tied down to get his diapers on. And the AI2 end ups all crooked and twisted.

No, it's not just you!! I have a heck of a time getting diapers on my 11 month old. Ever since he started crawling its a fight to get his diaper on...I practically have to pin him down! What I want to know is, how do people use prefolds and covers with older babies/toddlers?? Prefolds were great when my son was tiny, but I avoid them now.Lea
