Hello Everyone! Our top loading washing machine recently bit the dust. When shopping for a new machine, we wound up purchasing a GE front loader, high efficiency machine. We simply were not able to find a traditional top loading machine with the other specifications that we needed it to have. Our son has been in disposables since the old washer has been broken, and also because of some fitting issues with the one size fitted diapers. I think that he is no longer between sizes, so I can get him back into cloth diapers now. My issue, now, is how to get the diapers clean in the new machine. I have heard horror stories online about the high efficiency machines and cloth diapering. Does anyone have any tips. I am also interested in knowing how to strip the diapers in this kind of machine. I did the Dawn dish detergent mediated strip a couple of times in my old washer. I don't know if I can use this in the high efficiency machine without damaging it.
