My little one recently turned 14 months. Ever since then I've been having a hard time getting his diapers clean!! It's ammonia! I use Allen's powder and have tried using more and using less. Stripping my diapers did help, but I was right back to the same problem with the next wash. I can't use Bac Out because he seems to be allergic to it (won't stop scratching his bum). Is a scent free oxygen cleaner going to help? I have Sun oxygen cleaner I use to soak his soiled/stained bibs and clothes in and it works wonderfully. Would it hurt to use a scoop of that for the hot wash/soak? Any other deodorizing tips??

Some friend of mine sells AI2/Hybrids diapers. It is some sort of tuckable cover and a stay dry insert. I love them for being affordable and easy to wash/dry. But, arrggg trying to put that to my DS is difficult. He almost need to be tied down to get his diapers on. And the AI2 end ups all crooked and twisted.
It is only me/us?
