I tri-fold and Snappi the prefolds on my 15 month old DD but it is a challenge! I always have something nearby to distract her with. If I didn't hate stuffing pockets so much already I probably wouldn't even use the prefolds...

Ammonia!
Autumn, I have not been using vinegar, that was just a suggestion that was mentioned. I received my Funk Rock and will try it with the next wash. Venusjems you are right, the night time diapers ARE the worst!
