I literally just got home from a wonderful camping trip with my family and guess what?? I survived 41 straight hours with ZERO email/phone/internet. Yes, it is very possible to go cold-turkey and live through the process.
I’m late joining the Great Giveaway so I’ll get right on that for you!

The GroVia Cloth Diaper “SAMPLER” Package gives you a taste of what cloth diapering with this one size cloth diaper system is all about. Durable and comfortable, GroVia’s Shell/Cover will fit babies and toddlers alike from birth through approximately 35lbs. Use with the snap in inserts/soakers of your choice, either organic cotton or stay-dry. Want versatility? GroVia’s Shell can also be used with their BioSoakers. BioSoakers are an all natural alternative to disposable diapers.
Diaper Junction is proud to be a GroVia retailer and they’re celebrating by giving you all chances to win GroVia products! Enter our Great GroVia Giveaways and you’re entering to win a GroVia Sampler which includes a one size shell and 2 pack of inserts of your choice! Remember, there are 8 blogs participating and each is giving away their own sampler pack. That means you’ve got a chance to win up to EIGHT of these awesome one size hybrid cloth diapering systems!
Giveaway is open to the USA & Canada.
The contest will run through April 13, 2012.
While your praying you win one of these 8 GroVia Sampler packs check out the GroVia Biosoakers. I used them along with Flip on my camping trip and I’ve changed my mind on which I prefer. (Read Which are better: Flip or GroVia disposable inserts?)
I put myself in a sticky situation by only packing one cover (Hiney Lineys) and a Wild Coconut Wear wool soaker. Why the soaker, I have no idea. But, because of a last minute grab of the GroVia Biosoakers I was able to stick them in the soaker and have a second system to use when Camden pooped all over the Hiney Lineys.
And trust me, if there could be a worse time for Camden to be VERY regular it was this week while camping and having only one cover.
The GroVia Biosoakers worked very well!! No bunching, no leaking, no soggy mess.
I recently had some readers ask me if WCW soakers could be used during potty training. After using them with GroVia Biosoaker this week I think this would be decent system for potty training toddlers. It would be my recommended but it would work.
Have fun entering all the GroVia giveaways!

I just bought a Grovia shell and three soakers to try it out for our online store… and I looooove it! I had not intended to like it at all, honestly. I’ve been very happy with my Flips but I actually prefer this shell. It holds all leaks so far and the inserts are super absorbent. I’m really wanting to try the biosoakers but haven’t yet.
April 9, 2012 at 9:41 am
My baby is due in July, so I haven’t used GroVia diapers (yet), but I am building my stash of several different brands to try once he’s born and would love to include GroVia!
April 9, 2012 at 9:23 am
I have a few of the old version- grobaby. Didn’t like them at all actually. Of course they were velcro which is generally not my thing- and the velcro was really weak- but I didn’t like the inserts either. I’d like to see how much of an improvement the new style is…
April 9, 2012 at 9:18 am
My local cloth diaper store has started selling the Grovia products, but I haven’t gotten any to try yet (in a couple months!). Would love to have some in my starter stash to see how they compare to the Flips.
April 9, 2012 at 9:13 am
I’ve tried grovia AI2s and love the convenience of being able to use cloth or the biosoakers.
April 9, 2012 at 8:57 am
I have never tried to biosoakers. I love the planes though!
April 9, 2012 at 8:02 am
I have 1 Grovia AIO. I love the trimness. It is as small as a disposable. They are also very absorbent. There are a few thigns I would change about the design but I like them overall.
April 9, 2012 at 7:55 am

I have not tried GroVia diapers, but would love to!
April 8, 2012 at 8:01 pm
Right now I use GroVia AI2′s on my 19-month old. They are amazing! I did a diaper trial, and of the eight different diapers, we liked these the best. I have a small stash, but it won’t be enough when baby #2 arrives in June. This will be an awesome way to cloth diaper both.
April 8, 2012 at 6:36 pm
I love the biosoakers and one size shells!
April 8, 2012 at 3:08 pm

April 8, 2012 at 2:45 pm
I haven’t had a chance to try grovia.. but would love to. I think I would like their snap-in soakers.
April 8, 2012 at 2:08 pm
I love the biosoakers; they’re my favorite! That’s actually why we use Grovia; I needed a hybrid system for all the time we spend at my parent’s beach house during the summer (they don’t have a washing machine).
April 8, 2012 at 1:10 pm
I have a one size grovia snaps, I love it I use it with biosoakers flips prefolds I think it makes a great swim diaper too I just snap a piece of fabric on the inside snaps so they don’t irritate, I don’t own ant of their lines cause I have too many diaper according to dh but I still want another cover for a swim dipe!
April 8, 2012 at 12:53 pm
I’ve only tried the Grovia AIO and I love it. So many times when I couldn’t stop to change my baby’s diaper, we were saved by the Grovia!
April 8, 2012 at 12:26 pm
I love GroVia’s covers, they are cute and fit my chunky baby well. I also love their disposable inserts for road trips
April 8, 2012 at 10:20 am
I really like the trimness and overall fit of the shell. The biosoakers are grest for car trips, camping and the diaper. Its amazing how much liquid they can hold.
April 8, 2012 at 9:03 am
I haven’t used Grovia products yet, as my baby still has to make her appearance, but I’ve got a number of Grovia NB AIOs that I can’t wait to use!
April 8, 2012 at 8:35 am
Just bought 2 Grovia newborn AIOs for new baby due in May, but would love to try the AI2 system when baby get a little bigger.
April 8, 2012 at 7:02 am
I would love to try the Grovia System for our long trip home to States in May! It usually takes around 24 hours via plane to get home from where we are currently stationed. A hybrid cloth diaper would be great for the trip!
April 8, 2012 at 3:45 am
We have never used the GroVia system but what better opportunity than now! With a newborn and a toddler I could use a few new diapers! : )
April 8, 2012 at 3:27 am
I have 5 grovia covers. we use biosoakers and the grovia cloth inserts. When she was tiny we used bummis newborn prefolds in them too.
April 8, 2012 at 12:03 am
We love Grovia biosoakers for long car trips! There’s virtually no need to wash anything (unless dd leaks) and you don’t have to worry about storing anything to wash for later!
April 8, 2012 at 12:02 am
I have never used a GroVia product, so this would be a great way to try them out!
April 7, 2012 at 11:01 pm

April 7, 2012 at 10:11 pm

April 7, 2012 at 8:24 pm
Haven’t tried Grovia yet, although a friend of mine swore by them until her 3 month old hit almost 20 pounds and they got a little snug. Hoping for (1) a smaller baby and (2) a chance to try Grovia.

April 7, 2012 at 1:54 pm
I’ve never tried GroVia diapers, but I’ve wanted to for a while! They sound like the best system out there, to me.
April 7, 2012 at 12:50 pm
i just started using the grovia AI2 shells with the snap in organic cotton soakers. I actually really like them as a daytime diaper for my 7 month old twin boys. the fit is great and they eliminate plumbers crack that most of my other daytime diapers (fitted with covers, bestbottoms A12s) show in my chunky large babies. I LOVE the PUL backed soakers – genius! Now I can reuse shells for almost a whole day and i have no problems with overflow from the soaker onto the shell. We also use liners to catch the poo and luckily my kids have pretty solids poos. just adding three shells and 9 soakers has reduced my laundry by quite a bit. wish I had these from the start!!
April 7, 2012 at 12:44 pm
I’m using my first grovia today! So far–I love the stretchy side fabric!
April 7, 2012 at 12:12 pm

April 7, 2012 at 11:34 am
I haven’t tried Grovia yet but am hoping to try them soon! I love my Flips and Grovias aren’t that much different from them. I don’t think I would like the snap in inserts though, it’s easier not to snap them in.
April 7, 2012 at 11:30 am
I have two covers to try on my little boy when he arrives this month!
April 7, 2012 at 11:29 am

April 7, 2012 at 11:22 am
We have used GroVia and really like them! We used the biosoakers when we traveled instead of taking cloth or buying disposables. I have a few NB GroVia AIOs stashed away for our next baby and am excited to try them out!
April 7, 2012 at 11:18 am
The Grovia Newborn AIO was my very first cloth diaper. Unfortunately, it did not work on my newborn. Apparently she’s a heavy wetter. I was able to sell those. Right now I own one Grovia shell and I love the fit. I use it at night with a trifolded bamboo prefolded with no leaks. I would love to try the soakers.
April 7, 2012 at 11:17 am

April 7, 2012 at 8:45 am
We use the Hybrid system (AI2). I like to use them we are out and about because they are trim for the car seat, and the soaker is the only piece I need to put in the wet bag so I am able to carry a small wet bag. We also use the BioDiaper with the BioSoaker inside it for extra absorbency at night.
April 7, 2012 at 8:28 am
I am trying the Grovia AIO Newborn right now and I’m loving it. Would love to try more Grovia products.

April 7, 2012 at 3:37 am
I’m a first time mom due in July. I’m pretty committed to cloth diapering (in theory) for both environmental and financial reasons. I want to try a bunch of different stuff to see what works best for us, but that can be a real money-sink. A free starter kit would go a long way with us!
April 7, 2012 at 3:22 am
I’ve purchased several Grovias for use when LO arrives. Just one more week now!
April 7, 2012 at 2:35 am
