I too love Baby Beehind diapers. Kissaluvs is our newborn favorite as well. There are so many in my favorites it was hard to choose which not to include.

As far as daycare, I've never needed it as I stay home with my children but I do know that I change after every pee. Which unfortunately for me means back to back changes sometimes.

Thank you for pointing me to my link errors. They're all fixed now.

Hmm... As a user/lover of Baby Beehinds One-Sized bamboo, I was very interested in the Lotus Baby Bamboo... but her site has everything marked as 'sold out'. Also $27 CAD converts to US$26.50, so the BBH Bamboo OS at $22-18.50 (www.babyhopesclothdiapers.com) is a cheaper dipe (in batches of 6 or more). So it's cheaper and you can get it. I think that it's important as people also swear by Good Mamma dipes, but good luck getting one of those!

I'm glad to see a review about real-life use of g-Diapers. As they came out after I started CD'ing they seemed like a lot of work to me (we use wool/fitteds, so we just air out our covers and don't have to wash every time). Having to flush/disposing of the insert and still having to stash the dirty/wet cover seemed like extra steps.

What worked for us (so far) have been Kissaluv 0's & pre-folds ($11ea & $1.80 ea) from birth-3/4 months, from 3-12 months: Thirsties Hemp Fitteds (found seconds for $6 ea) and gave up on prefolds as the cotton wasn't absorbent enough and once you go to hemp/bamboo PF's they start getting expensive. When we found a Daycare (Kindercare in Champaign) that was willing to entertain the notion of giving CD'ing a try I wanted a cloth dipe that was as easy to change as a 'sposie with similar absorbency as they were willing to give cloth a try and I wanted to do all I could to make sure they wouldn't leak... so I went to BBH's as most folks used them for overnight. I also broke out the gorgeous wool for the demo (skirties, etc). So number of steps per change was also important, so the woolies acting as the cover AND the outer garment was important.

I also found that since daycare agencies are required to do frequent diaper checks/changes (1-2 hours) that they are better than at-home as far as cloth diapering -- DD#2 has never gotten diaper rash from Kindercare while at both at home places that tried to do cloth she was left in it for too long :-(

Also I'm getting a "Whoops! That Page Isn't Here" for a lot of the internal links in your blog...

I really like the G diapers they work well because they come with disposable inserts for when we are really on the go or I found that my little guy will not sleep well at night with a cloth diaper I have tried allot of them and have found that the inserts for the G diapers work best for him. I also took some flat folds and made cloth inserts for the G diapers and have found that the inserts work well for use in most of the pocket diapers as well as the Pro-wraps.
thanks.

I LOVE GADS too. I never got into other pocket diapers, but the Green Acre Designs that I have are awesome.

Other than that I love my Green Mountain prefolds.

I'm glad to hear you say good things about the Thirsties AIO. I've considered getting a few, but have heard conflicting reviews.

Thanks!

My favorite are also the GAD limited edition. They are so trim and fit my daughter so well. I also love the terry and OBV one size fitted diapers from bella bottoms. I love the terry in particular.
