I like making the end of the week big!!!
Today we have an instant half-stash (albeit, a small stash) for you!
First we have 6 Diaper Rite pockets courtesy of Diaper Junction. I’ve tried Diaper Rite pockets (for review purposes) and was surprisingly impressed.
They are simple, highly adjustable and affordable.
I like the bright colors and the fact that there are thigh, waist and crossover snaps.
At under $10/diaper (includes 2 inserts) you could easily build a whole stash for under $200. Diaper Junction also periodically has them listed as their Deal of the Day. That’s when I bought mine @ $8/ea.
The winner of the 6 Diaper Rite pockets will get to pick their colors!
The second sponsor of the day is Ragababe.
Ragababe AIOs make up half of my large cloth diaper stash. I love the simplicity. My husband loves the simplicity. My miniature diaper changers love the simplicity.
Description from An Almost Complete Guide to AIO Cloth Diapers:
Sized diaper. Aplix closure. Suede cloth inner, bamboo soaker. Pocket for adding absorbency. Super absorbent diaper! This cloth diaper was made for Camden. But, just so you know I’m not playing favorites, Ragababe AIOs did NOT work with Sterling. Ragababe cloth diapers are hard to get at the moment, although I’m praying for a production miracle. $27.95. 10 prints and solid choices. Uber Trim.
Yes, they are hard to get. That’s what makes this giveaway so awesome!! Winner will get one Ragababe AIO (Joy will communicate with the winner on print/color).
Today’s winner will also win a Ragababe Hanging Laundry Bag in their choice of color (black, white, star candy).
I mentioned earlier in the giveaways that Monkey Foot Designs and Rumparooz made up 2/3 of my favorite wet bag brands. Ragababe Hanging Laundry Bag is the final 1/3!
I’m a hoarder of sorts so I’ll have to admit I’d really like to win this giveaway. Do I need more diapers? No! But, a rainbow of Diaper Rite pockets plus a new Ragababe sounds lovely!!

December 22, 2012 at 10:44 pm
No problems right now
December 22, 2012 at 9:56 pm
I would love to win these! We need more diapers in our stash to be able to cloth diaper full time. I’ve been really wanting to try both brands!
December 22, 2012 at 5:32 pm
My only problem is that I’m obsessed with them and want to buy them all!
December 22, 2012 at 3:05 pm

My problem is wanting to try new diapers!
December 22, 2012 at 9:06 am
My current problem is not enough diapers! We are expecting and I only have 3 diapers and no prefolds.
December 22, 2012 at 2:04 am

December 21, 2012 at 9:26 pm
Not currently having a baby in diapers lol
December 21, 2012 at 6:56 pm
Happily, my only cloth diaper issue is trying to decide which adorable diaper to put on her next!
December 21, 2012 at 6:25 pm
I want to replace all of my microfiber with organic cotton, bamboo, and hemp.
December 21, 2012 at 5:46 pm
My problem is that I don’t have enough!
December 21, 2012 at 5:45 pm
the elastic in all of my bumgenius are totally shot, and he has been getting rashes lately
December 21, 2012 at 5:18 pm
Too many diapers, too little storage space
December 21, 2012 at 2:29 pm
Leaks from my heavy wetter soaking them too fast! I’m tired of changing his clothes every time I change a diaper!
December 21, 2012 at 12:50 pm
My problem is that abt half of my stash was ruined.
we are washing every day and we don’t have diaper dollers to replace them
December 21, 2012 at 12:16 pm
No issues so far – but the little guy won’t arrive until March.
December 21, 2012 at 10:53 am
My only issue is I need more prefolds! lol
December 21, 2012 at 10:42 am
My microfiber is beginning to stink BAD after she pees.
December 21, 2012 at 10:35 am
My biggest problem is that I hate stuffing pocket diapers. After washing the diapers, I usually just keep the pocket diapers and inserts in a laundry basket. When I need a pocket diaper, I grab a diaper and an insert and put it together. Since my problem is that it takes so long to match up diapers with the matching/correct size inserts, I’m working on swtitching to stuffing all pocket diapers with prefolds to make it faster and easier on me. My goal is to eliminate the constant presence of a laundry basket full of diaper pieces.
December 21, 2012 at 8:54 am
No problems yet – baby not born yet!
December 21, 2012 at 6:05 am
Red marks on chunky baby thighs.
December 21, 2012 at 1:58 am
current problem is the smell when they are wet…thinking i probably need to strip them!
December 20, 2012 at 9:32 pm
Couple of issues
My almost 13month old is so big that she is outgrowing a lot of her one sized diapers, and they were starting to leak all the time anyways! Have yeast issues too. Thought I got rid of it a month ago adding grapefruit seed extract, but some tiny red spots have returned on my daughter
December 20, 2012 at 6:38 pm
Just a few leaks here and there.
December 20, 2012 at 6:15 pm
My current problem is not enough money or room to fuel my addiction. And that I will not have another bum to fill any more diapers when this one is out of them
December 20, 2012 at 4:22 pm
A few problems….one is the organic diapers always stain so i’m always sunning. two is my dipes have a musty smell after tons of washes with rng and rlr. i have hard water so that may have something to do with it. three i’m always wanting more more more and spending way more money than i should be.
December 20, 2012 at 5:42 pm
try a stronger detergent every now and then. tide or purex.
December 20, 2012 at 3:02 pm

December 20, 2012 at 10:34 am
UGH where to begin!! I want to cloth diaper. I think he looks super cute in them plus enivorment and money saver. Family is TOTALLY against it, husband included. Plus I am a new mom and have no idea what im doing LOL

December 20, 2012 at 12:08 am

No problems here…unless you count wanting more diapers than I should spend money on … buy all the diapers!
December 19, 2012 at 9:21 pm
I haven’t started to use them yet. My second son is due in March and I’ll be a CD newbie!
December 19, 2012 at 8:16 pm
Leftover stink from a handful of forgotten diapers. May need another RLR strip.
December 19, 2012 at 8:10 pm
Trying to find a diaper cover that is big enough for my 2yo!
December 19, 2012 at 7:52 pm
nighttime. currently using one sposie a day for overnights.
December 19, 2012 at 6:34 pm
The only issue would be that the h/l are wearing out and I don’t wanna switch to snap!!!
December 19, 2012 at 4:35 pm
Well, I am not currently cloth diapering, had to stop with my 2 year old at night, because we were having ammonia issues, because the pocket diapers didn’t have enough absorbency. The issue probably could have been solved with a few good fitted diapers, and some fleece or wool covers. He wears undies during the day though, and pullups at night now, and we are expecting another baby in January, so I am focusing on building up my stash for her. I would really like to have about 3 good fitteds for her to wear at night with a wool cover I have. I love wool at night!
December 19, 2012 at 4:25 pm
Current issue with cloth is keeping my son dry until morning. He’s 2.5 and almost always wakes up with a least a small leak. We have a few good night time diapers but if never seems to be enough absorbency.
December 19, 2012 at 2:23 pm
A little bit of poop smell when we dry the diapers!
December 19, 2012 at 1:50 pm
I use mostly FuzziBunz and I have a big baby girl so now that she is 16 months and 34 inches tall and 29 lbs I seem to be expereinceing lots of leaks even when the insert is not very wet.
December 19, 2012 at 12:43 pm
My current issue is that I want to be able to experiment with more types but cannot afford to
December 19, 2012 at 12:04 pm
My main cloth diaper issue is trying to keep the stink away!!
December 19, 2012 at 11:58 am
We got rid of stink issues, so we don’t really have any right now! Other than my duaghter not wanting to have her diaper changed on occasion and having an epic battle on the changing table. No fun.
December 19, 2012 at 11:46 am
I’m hoping I can get picked funds here are tight
December 19, 2012 at 11:40 am
My squirmy toddler!
December 19, 2012 at 10:50 am
I don’t have any.
December 19, 2012 at 10:47 am
I just always feel like I could use more.
December 19, 2012 at 9:55 am
My current problem is we don’t have the funds to support my habit fully.
December 19, 2012 at 2:07 am
My problem with them is …. spending too much money on diapers I don’t *need*
December 19, 2012 at 1:14 am
My current issue is a diaper that I lost, and it was a poopy. The diaper cover smells fine after one wash, but the liner not so much. I think I may have to trash the liner.
December 18, 2012 at 11:11 pm
My only “problem” is I can’t seem to stop buying new diapers!
December 18, 2012 at 7:46 pm
My current problem is that I really want to cloth diaper but I can’t get my husband on board! That is why I need to win! When I get some diapers and show him how amazing it is to save so much money he will be totally for it! I NEED TO WIN (:
December 18, 2012 at 7:19 pm
I need to strip my microfiber and my washer died right when I was planning on doing it. Fortunately I just got a new washer but I’m way behind in the laundry so I haven’t had time to strip! Baby is in hemp fitteds full time instead of just at night and they are too big on her!
December 18, 2012 at 7:09 pm
I don’t currently have a problem with my cloth diapers, I am lucky I suppose.
December 18, 2012 at 5:50 pm
My main problem is that i have 3 in cloth right now:/ soooo much laundry!
December 18, 2012 at 4:20 pm
the only problem i have right now is that we don’t have enough diapers with velcro closure & my hubby can only deal with velcro on cloth diapers!
December 18, 2012 at 4:09 pm
Replacing worn out elastics. I’ve been using them for over 2 years, though!
December 18, 2012 at 4:01 pm
No problems right now! Things are working great!
December 18, 2012 at 1:10 pm
My current problem with my stash is that my baby is getting a red bum when we use seduecloth which is half of our stash.
we need to sell out bg 4.0s. Which are the first diapers we got. im somehow sentimental about them.
December 18, 2012 at 12:55 pm
no problems right now
December 18, 2012 at 9:48 am
Just my addiction lol
December 18, 2012 at 8:24 am
My problem is that as DS grows I feel that the current diapers are not working for him. We started off using OS and now I’m thinking sized are better for him because the OS tend to bunch up around the legs and leakage around the legs has always been our issue. Now with the sized diapers, the issue is that he’s a medium, but needs the absorbency of a large. I hope things are easier with my little girl due in Feb :/
December 18, 2012 at 4:03 am
tempting fate by saying it, but no issues!
December 18, 2012 at 3:43 am
finding a nighttime fitted that is absorbent enough that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I’ve tried all of the “go-to” diapers, and my baby wets through all of them. I’m very much looking forward to nighttime weaning.
December 18, 2012 at 12:41 am
No problems at the moment
December 18, 2012 at 12:12 am
Our current problem is ammonia and I hate it. I feel like I keep running into brick walls.
December 17, 2012 at 9:49 pm
My only problem thus far is collecting enough diapers for my soon-coming baby.
December 17, 2012 at 9:08 pm
My problem: I have to have stash evenness!
December 17, 2012 at 8:24 pm
Stink and leaking! Mostly it’s a laundry issue. I have to wash them three times to get them reasonably clean. Maybe it’s the HE washer? I’m still searching for the perfect detergent. I want to try Country Save, Eco Sprout, and the others, but I’d have to order them. So far Purex is best but not perfect.
As for the leaking, some of my diapers are getting old… I DID get them second hand (so much cheaper).
December 17, 2012 at 6:24 pm
I don’t have diapers in the right size, or enough diapers, is my problem
December 17, 2012 at 4:59 pm
My current problem is that my little one has fat fat thighs and a skinny waist, and I am having a hard time finding a good fit.
December 17, 2012 at 8:26 pm
If you understand basic sewing, making your own diapers is pretty easy!
December 17, 2012 at 4:47 pm
We have two problems. One is that we have mostly one sized diapers and they are too big for my newborn and too tight on my toddler. We have a few that fit my toddler and a few newborn ones but not enough for full time. Second we have a build up in the diapers. I think we need to strip them. Part if that problem could just be toddler pee. Hopefully the newborns legs get chunky soon an the toddler trains soon. Best of luck to everyone else with your current problems.
December 17, 2012 at 3:00 pm
My problem is leaking! My son is such a heavy wetter- leaks through disposables and cloth! And I don’t have a large budget to use to experiment.
December 17, 2012 at 1:37 pm
My stash is primarily Ragababe, I’d love to add another!
December 17, 2012 at 12:55 pm
My only problem is that I haven’t been able to use them yet
I can’t wait until next week to start fluffing my little girls rear
December 17, 2012 at 12:17 pm
My current problem is that my 6 month old daughter is right in between sizes on my snap closure diapers and so it’s hard to get a good fit!
December 17, 2012 at 11:48 am
I’m having an ammonia problem. Sigh. For the first time in 17 months I have ammonia that I cannot get rid of. We have REALLY bad water (North Pole water is just awful
So I’m back to feeling like a newbie trying to figure this thing out!!
December 17, 2012 at 10:47 am
I have one diaper that leaks at the legs. All the others are fine.
December 17, 2012 at 10:45 am
Problem 1: still trying to find what works best for my daughter at night– getting closer! Problem 2: I’ve discovered wahm hybrid fitteds and they work so well but they’re so expensive! I told my husband last month that I think our stash (for two in diapers) was complete, but now I want to replace some of what I have with hybrids! whoops
December 17, 2012 at 10:37 am
fighting ammonia smell
December 17, 2012 at 6:52 am
My BGs smell musty…like they aren’t quite clean. I need to strip I think. I’m just a little nervous to do it.
December 17, 2012 at 4:52 am
I don’t have enough so I have to wash daily
December 17, 2012 at 3:38 am
current problem: wanting more WAHM hybrid fitteds =)
December 17, 2012 at 2:33 am
My current problem is wetness wicking through the gusset trim on the cover and onto clothes. I am so fed up with it, that I am searching for new diapers to use.
December 17, 2012 at 12:48 am
They’re quickly draining my bank account!
December 17, 2012 at 12:18 am
My biggest cloth diaper problem is that sometimes (especially when it’s dry and cold out) my son gets rubbed a little raw on the outsides of his thighs. Maybe I put the diaper legs on too tight. I usually just lube his thighs up with coconut oil and sometimes tuck a little bit of fleece in the side to protect his though from the elastic along the gusset.
December 16, 2012 at 11:51 pm
Right now I don’t have any…but dd’s only in them overnight now!
December 16, 2012 at 11:20 pm
I am wanting these for my daughter who has a 1 month old girl (my 1st grandchild) that I love very much!
December 16, 2012 at 9:32 pm
I have none right now!
December 16, 2012 at 7:50 pm
My problem is that I want to buy too many
December 16, 2012 at 7:49 pm
My main problem is the stink also.I reid homemade laundry soap and it left a horrible smell so I had to boil them. Then my son had the flu and it left a horrible smell after washing too.The CD soaps are pricey so we use Dawn original scent dish soap, works great. Also first time using CD and taking time to figure out what ones we like best and building up our stash.I love the ones I have though
December 16, 2012 at 7:26 pm
I have no problems except the addiction I have developed for NEEDING more:)
December 16, 2012 at 6:27 pm
working well so far YEAH
December 16, 2012 at 2:25 pm
My current problem would be a slight stink to my diapers once soiled. I attribute this to our hard water, as it improved once I started adding a softener to the mix. Now if only I could convince my husband to install a water softener for the whole house….
December 21, 2012 at 11:10 am
I’m having that same slight stink issue. It’s not bad, but I didn’t have it before. I guess that the soapnuts aren’t really working for me. It’s okay. I still have plenty of Seventh Generation F&C that was working before. Why did I switch? Sheer curiosity.
