It is so easy to get down and frustrated with cloth diapers. We complicate everything in our lives and so easily what started out as something fun soon becomes a chore. I keep focused by reminding myself how nasty disposables are and of course by buying cloth diapers that I love to look at (and touch).
Another way you can bring the enjoyment to cloth diapering is watching your other children (if you have them) cloth diaper their babies. It always brings a smile to my face when I see “Moses” and “Emma” with cloth diapers on. I don’t exaggerate when I tell people that cloth diapering is as easy as disposables. Now I have the video to prove it.
Here’s my 6 year old daughter hosting her own show demonstrating how to fold a flat diaper and fasten it with a snappi. No need to follow her instructions after the snappi! After that point she proceeds to show how she ties a flat diaper as a cover. Works well for baby dolls and stuffed bears!

I am SO happy someone invented the snappi! I am very pin-phobic.
My site has convinced my husband of some things too, like that I’m not crazy for loving my child’s cloth diapers!

This reminds me so much of my sisters and I helping with the younger ones .. back before the days of the Snapi ..
Thanks for a great site .. I’m learning lots about the different options out there and am grateful that things are so much easier than pins and flat folds! Your site has helped convinced my husband that I’m not crazy for wanting to use cloth!

Oh My, that is adorable. I only have one child so far and I am still learning how to cloth diaper and what might work for us, but this gives me great hope for all of our futures!
Thanks for sharing.
